To begin a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal on our website and follow the on-screen instructions to register your item. You will be able to select whether you would like to receive a refund, or request an exchange.
Once your return has reached the status “Received by Retailer,” it will undergo a thorough inspection by our warehouse team to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
Please allow up to 10 working days from the date your return is marked as “Received by Retailer” for your refund to be processed. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund.
For exchanges, your replacement item will be dispatched once the return has been processed and approved by our warehouse team.
If the requested item for exchange is no longer in stock, a refund will automatically be issued back to your original payment method.
