WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 7 working days of it reaching our warehouse. Please note, if the item is marked as 'returned to HUB', this does not mean it has reached us yet, but it has reached the Rebound sorting facility. It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email customersupport@representclo.com so we can investigate this for you.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY RETURN?
You’ll receive tracking emails informing you of the progress of your return. However, if you’d like to check in with the tracking more frequently you can track your on the ReBound portal.
MULTIPLE RETURNED ORDERS
If you want to return multiple orders, please log each order as a separate return via the returns portal. Multiple returns from multiple orders cannot be accepted or processed into our returns facility.
