What is your returns policy?
If something is not quite right you’ve got 14 days to send back your items for a full refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and original packaging. Footwear must be returned in the original box, with no signs of wear on the sole.
Gift with purchase
If you receive a promotional free gift as part of a qualifying purchase, you must return the free gift in the event that the qualifying purchase is returned. If you fail to return the free gift with the qualifying purchase, the value of the gift may be deducted from the refund. The gift must be returned in an unused, unaltered condition, in its original packaging.

UK Website Orders
Certain products are not returnable for hygiene reasons (for example underwear, socks or swimwear if any hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken).
To help reduce wasted paper, we’ve taken returns online! This means you’ll no longer receive a returns label with your order. Instead, simply follow the steps below to generate your pre-paid return label. When creating your return label, you’ll have a choice of returning via DPD, Collect+, Hermes Parcel Shop, UPS, Royal Mail or Hermes Home Collection

3.Select your chosen return method. You’ll be able to see those closest to you using our handy map.
5.Done! Your parcel is now ready to be taken to your chosen drop-off point, or to be collected!
Please note, if the portal states "Delivered to HUB", this means your return is still at the Rebound international HUB and NOT our warehouse facility.

In a few countries we may not be able to offer you a specific carrier. In this instance, please register your return via our online returns portal – and follow the instructions on screen to package and send back the item/s back to us.
Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 14 days of it reaching our warehouse. Please note, if the item is marked as 'returned to HUB', this does not mean it has reach us yet, but it has reached the Rebound sorting facility. It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email customersupport@representclo.com so we can investigate this for you.
You’ll receive tracking emails informing you of the progress of your return. However, if you’d like to check in with the tracking more frequently you can track your on the Returns Portal.
If you want to return multiple orders, please log each order as a separate return via the returns portal. Multiple returns from multiple orders cannot be accepted or processed into our returns facility.
