This California Financial Incentive Notice is part of the Privacy Policy of Represent Clothing Inc. (“Represent,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or “company”).
We offer a loyalty program, as well as sweepstakes, contests, benefits, and similar promotional offerings, to customers that involve the collection, retention, or sale of “personal information” that may be deemed a “financial incentive” or a “price or service difference” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) wherein customers receive the certain benefits in exchange for enrolling in the program or otherwise participating in the promotion or offering. Represent Prestige is a rewards/loyalty program that customers may join to earn rewards for qualifying purchases, accumulate points on purchases, access exclusive promotions, and stay in the know about new products, offers, and discounts. To join this rewards program, you will be required to provide to us certain personal information, including your name and email address. We also may collect optional profile information, such as your gender, date of birth, your likes and dislikes and your clothing and shoe size preferences.
