How do I redeem my Prestige Rewards?
Head to the Prestige tab. Log in to your Prestige account and select the ‘MY PRESTIGE’ tab. This should open your Prestige dashboard. You will then be able to redeem and generate your Prestige rewards as normal.
How do I change store/currency?
If you are shopping on the incorrect app/store, please log into your Prestige account and then select the ‘CHANGE STORE/LANGUAGE’ tab. You will then be prompted to select one of the 3 stores. Please select the store relevant to your region.
How do I apply discount/promo codes?
Discount codes can only be applied after going through to the checkout after the cart page.
How do I create a Prestige account?
To create a Prestige account and unlock further app functionality. Tap the Prestige tab and then select the ‘SIGN UP’ option. You will then create an account with details and chosen password.
